Topsail High School Returns One Starter

Topsail High School, under the direction of Craig Mann for the third consecutive year, will begin practice on Monday, February 14th at 3:45 p.m.   Coach Mann returns only one starter from last year's 2-A state semifinalist squad that lost to Northwood in the eastern finals.   Top-seeded Jordan Bailey is the only returning starter.   Topsail won the East Central Conference title last year.   Coach Mann is expecting six to ten players out for the first day of practice.
